How do I complete an assessment?
Metanoa includes built-in assessment tools so you can evaluate clients using standardized forms right inside the platform.
Let's Run an Assessment
- Open the client's profile and go to the Assessments section or Interventions tab
- Click "+ Add Assessment" to start a new evaluation
- Choose the assessment type from the available options
- Complete the assessment form following the standard protocol
- Save your results and they're now part of the client's record and you're all set!
Good to Know
- Results are stored with the client profile for easy comparison over time
- AI-powered suggestions may be generated based on assessment results
- Different assessments may be available depending on the client's department

Let's View Assessment History
- Open the client's profile
- Go to the Assessments section or Interventions tab
- Browse the list of completed assessments with dates
- Click on any assessment to see the full details and you're all set!
Good to Know
- Comparing assessments over time shows progress and areas needing attention
- Assessment data feeds into therapy plans and reports
- You can only view assessments in departments you have access to
