How do I assign a therapist to a client?

Connecting clients to therapists happens through department assignments and scheduling.

How Assignment Works

When you add a client to a department, all therapists assigned to that department can see and work with that client. You can also assign specific therapists through the scheduling process.

Good to Know

• Department access is the primary way visibility is controlled
• When you schedule a session, you specify which therapist will see the client
• A client can be seen by multiple therapists if they're in multiple departments or if therapists share department access
