What happens to data when someone leaves?

When a staff member is removed, their past work stays in the system.

Good to Know

• Their old notes, reports, and completed therapies remain visible
• Nobody can edit their past notes after they're removed
• Clients they worked with stay in the system for continuity of care
• Their login access is removed immediately
