Login and Access Issues

I can't log in. What should I do?

Having trouble getting in? Here are the most common fixes.

Try These Steps

  1. Check your email address for typos
  2. Make sure your password is correct and watch for caps lock
  3. Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
  4. Clear your browser cache and try again
  5. Contact your Admin if you still can't get in

Common Causes

  • Typos in email or password
  • Using a different email than was registered
  • Password was changed and you have the old one

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

No worries! You can reset your password from the login page.

Let's Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Metanoa login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password" below the sign-in button
  3. Enter your email address that's registered with Metanoa
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Create a new password and you're all set!

Good to Know

  • The reset email may take a few minutes to arrive
  • Check your spam folder if you don't see it
  • If you still can't reset, contact your Admin

I logged in but see a blank screen. Why?

If you can log in but see an empty screen or no data, you probably don't have access to any departments yet.

Let's Fix This

  1. Contact your Admin or Owner and let them know you're seeing a blank screen
  2. Ask them to check your profile in Settings under People
  3. Make sure you're assigned to at least one department where there are clients
  4. Refresh your screen after they make changes and you're all set!

Common Causes

  • You haven't been assigned to any departments
  • You're in the wrong branch
  • Your role doesn't have access to the features you need

I can't see certain clients or features. Why?

Access in Metanoa is controlled by your role and department assignments.

Possible Reasons

  • You're not assigned to the department where those clients are
  • Your role doesn't have permission for certain features
  • You're looking at the wrong branch

How to Fix It

  • Ask your Admin to check your department assignments
  • Verify you're in the correct branch using the dropdown in the top right
  • Ask about your role's permissions
