Goals and Progress
How do I add therapy goals for a client?
Goals help you set measurable therapy objectives and track progress session by session.
Let's Create a Goal
- Open the client's profile and go to the Goals section
- Click "+ Add Goal" to create a new therapy objective
- Write a measurable goal that's specific, observable, and trackable
- Set a target and timeline if your clinic uses these
- Save the goal and it's now ready to track and you're all set!
Good to Know
- Goals work best when they're specific and measurable
- Instead of "improve communication," try "will use two-word phrases to request items in 4 out of 5 opportunities"
- When you link sessions to goals, it creates a clear trail showing how your work connects to outcomes
