How do I add my digital signature to reports?
You can upload your professional signature, seal, and registration number once, and Metanoa will automatically include it on every report you generate.
Let's Set Up Your Digital Signature
- Click your name in the bottom left corner and choose "Settings"
- Go to Preferences from the menu on the left
- Scroll down to the Signature section
- Click "Upload signature" and select an image file from your device
- Check the preview to make sure everything looks right and you're all set!
What to Include
- Your handwritten signature
- Your professional seal if required
- Your government registration or license number
- Your credentials like RBT, BCBA, OT, or SLP
Good to Know
- You only need to upload once and it appears on all reports you generate
- Each therapist uploads their own signature
- The signature appears on therapy reports, progress notes, and assessments
