Finding and Viewing Clients
How do I find a specific client?
Looking for someone? You can search by name or scroll through your client list.
Let's Find Your Client
- Go to Clients from the main menu on the left
- Use the search bar at the top of the page and start typing the client's name
- Click on the client from the results to open their profile and you're all set!
Good to Know
- Search matches names as you type, so you don't need to type the full name
- You'll only see clients from departments you have access to
- The client list shows basic info at a glance like name, age, and contact details

Opening a client's profile shows you everything in one place, including their history, assessments, goals, and session notes.
Let's View Their Profile
- Go to Clients from the main menu
- Find the client using search or scrolling
- Click on their name or click the three-dot menu and choose "View"
- Explore the different tabs to see their information, sessions, goals, and more and you're all set!

- The profile brings together all of a client's information in one place
- Different tabs organize information by category like Sessions, Goals, and Assessments
- Your access to certain sections depends on your role

What do the columns on the Clients page mean?
The client list shows you the most important details at a glance so you can quickly identify and manage your clients.
Column Guide
- Name displays the client's full name as entered when they were registered
- MRN shows the Medical Record Number, which is a unique identifier assigned to each client
- Age shows the client's current age calculated from their date of birth
- Gender displays Male or Female as selected during registration
- Phone shows the client's phone number, or a dash if none was entered
- Email shows the client's email address, or a dash if none was entered
- Actions contains the three-dot menu for viewing, managing wallet, or deleting the client
Good to Know
- The MRN helps you tell clients apart when two people have similar names
- A dash in any column just means that information wasn't entered, not that something is wrong
- Use the arrow buttons at the bottom to move between pages when you have lots of clients
