Head to web.metanoa.ai/register, enter your clinic name, email, and a password, and you're in!

Let's Get You Set Up

Creating your Metanoa account takes just a couple of minutes.

  1. Go to web.metanoa.ai/register and you'll see a simple registration form
  2. Enter your organization name, which is your clinic or practice name
  3. Add your email and this becomes your login for the account
  4. Create a password with at least 6 characters and type it twice to confirm
  5. Click "Create Account" and you'll see a success message, then get redirected to log in
  6. Sign in with your new email and password and you're all set!

You're now the Owner with full control to add team members, create branches for each location, and customize your clinic's settings.

How do I log in to Metanoa?

Already have an account? Getting back into Metanoa is quick and easy.

Let's Log You In

  1. Go to web.metanoa.ai in your browser
  2. Enter your email address that you used when your account was created
  3. Enter your password that was set up for your account
  4. Click "Sign In" and you're all set!

How do I set up my profile?

Want to personalize your Metanoa account? You can update your display name, change your password, and adjust your preferences all from Settings

Let's Update Your Profile

  1. Click your name in the bottom left corner of the screen
  2. Click "Settings" from the popup menu
  3. Click "Profile" to see your personal information
  4. Update your display name by typing in your preferred name
  5. Click Save and you're all set!
