One Page Profile
The One Page Profile is a structured summary of a client as a person. It goes beyond dates and contact details to capture things like the client's strengths, what matters to them, how they communicate, and how best to support them. It's designed to give any therapist or staff member a quick, meaningful picture of the client before working with them.
How Is It Different from the Overview?
The Overview on the Profile tab shows the client's core information: name, age, contact details, departments, and so on. Think of it as the administrative record.
The One Page Profile is about the person. It's a set of structured sections that your team fills in collaboratively over time, capturing the kind of context that makes a real difference to how care is delivered. It's especially useful when multiple staff members work with the same client, so everyone has a shared understanding without needing to ask the same questions repeatedly.
Where Do I Find It?
The One Page Profile sits on the client's Profile tab, below the Overview section. Scroll down and you'll see it as a set of cards, each representing a different section of the profile.
How Do I Fill In the One Page Profile?
Let's Update the One Page Profile
- Open the client's record from the Clients list
- Click the Profile tab
- Scroll down to the One Page Profile section
- Click "Edit" or the relevant edit button to open the profile editor
- Fill in the sections that are relevant, adding as much or as little detail as you have
- Click Save and the profile updates immediately
And you're all set! The completed sections appear as cards on the client's Profile tab, visible to anyone with access to that client's record.
Building It Up Over Time
You don't need to complete the One Page Profile all at once. It's designed to be built up gradually as your team gets to know the client better. You can return and add to it at any time, so it's worth treating it as a living document rather than a one-time intake task.
