Completing an Assessment
When it's time to fill in an assessment for a client, everything happens inside the assessment modal on their profile. You can save as you go, come back later to continue, and take as long as you need before signing.
Starting a New Assessment
Available assessments appear as cards in the client's Assessments tab. Each card represents a form that's ready to be filled in for this client.
Let's Start an Assessment
- Open the client's profile and go to their department tab
- Click the Assessments tab within that department
- Find the assessment you want to complete in the Available Assessments section
- Click the assessment card to open the form
- Fill in the fields working through the form at your own pace
- Click Save when you're ready to save your progress
And you're done for now! Your answers are saved and you can come back to continue at any time.
Saving Your Progress
You can save an assessment as many times as you like before signing it. Each time you click Save, your current answers are stored and the assessment moves to the Completed Assessments table where you can find it again.
Saving does not lock the form. You can open it again, make changes, and save again as many times as you need.
Coming Back to an Assessment
Once you've saved an assessment it moves out of Available Assessments and into the Completed Assessments table at the bottom of the page.
Let's Continue a Saved Assessment
- Open the client's Assessments tab for the relevant department
- Scroll down to the Completed Assessments table
- Find the assessment by name or date
- Click the row to reopen it
- Make your changes and click
Saveagain
Your updates are saved and the assessment stays editable until you sign it.
Before You Sign
Signing an assessment locks it permanently. Once signed, no one can edit the form or the report, so make sure everything is accurate and complete before you sign. See Signing and Printing for the full signing workflow.
