Billing Analytics

The main Billing page gives Admins and staff with branch-level responsibility a full picture of your organization's financial activity. You'll find it by clicking Billing in the left sidebar. It has three tabs: Analytics, Payments, and Rate Plans.

Analytics Tab

The Analytics tab is a dashboard of revenue and client journey metrics for your organization. The cards are draggable so you can arrange them however works best for you.

Monthly Revenue shows a bar chart of revenue by month for the year you select. Use the year picker on the card to look at previous years.

Department Revenue shows revenue broken down by department for the current month, so you can see which therapy areas are generating the most income.

Client Journey Funnel shows how clients are moving through your organization's pipeline, from leads through to active and completed. Use the month and year picker to look at different periods.

Payments Tab

The Payments tab has two cards: Session Payments and Organisation Wallet.

Session Payments shows every session payment across your organization in one table. You can search by client name or therapist, filter by date range, and page through results. The default view shows the last 7 days, so widen the date range if you need to see older payments. Click any row to open the Session Details dialog and review or charge that payment.

Organisation Wallet shows wallet transactions from all clients in one view. You can see the total balance across all client wallets at the top, then browse individual transactions below. Use "Go to profile" on any transaction row to jump directly to that client's Billing tab.

Rate Plans Tab

The Rate Plans tab is where you manage your organization's pricing. See the Rate Plans page for full details on creating, editing, and managing plans.

Customising Which Cards You See

If you want to hide cards you don't use, click the settings icon in the top right of the Billing page header. You'll see a list of all available cards with toggles to show or hide each one. Your preferences are saved in your browser so the layout stays the way you set it.
