What should I do on my first day?

Whether you're setting up your clinic or joining an existing team, here's how to make your first day productive!

If You're the Owner Setting Up

Here's the recommended order to get your clinic running.

  1. Update your organization details by going to Settings and clicking Organization
  2. Create your departments like OT, SLT, Psychology, or whatever therapy types you offer
  3. Add your team members with their roles and department assignments
  4. Add a branch if you have multiple locations
  5. Do a test run by creating one test client and booking a session to make sure everything works

If You're Joining an Existing Clinic

Here's how to get oriented quickly.

  1. Log in with the email and password your Admin shared with you
  2. Update your profile by clicking your name in the bottom left corner
  3. Check your schedule to see what's on your calendar
  4. Explore a client profile to see how information is organized
  5. Ask your Admin if you have questions about your access or what you can do

Good to Know

  • Most clinics are fully operational within an hour of starting setup
  • You can add clients as they come in, there's no pressure to migrate everyone at once
  • Everything in Metanoa can be adjusted as your clinic grows and changes
